Paul practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Paul was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated cum laude from Liberty University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Government and a minor in Business. He attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law and graduated in 2004.
Paul is a member of the Lincoln-Lyon County Bar Association and the 9th District Bar Association. He is a former President of the Lincoln-Lyon County Bar Association and 9th District Bar Association. He is a Real Property Law Specialist, Certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a member of Wealth Counsel, Probate and Trust Law Section, and a member of the Real Property Law Section.
Paul lives in Marshall with his wife, Betsy, and children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and coaching soccer.
