Amie
practices primarily in the area of family law including paternity, child
support, child custody, and divorce. Amie was born and raised in Belgrade,
Minnesota and lived on a hobby farm. She graduated from Gustavus Adophlus
College in 2006 with Bachelor’s degrees in Social Studies Teaching and History.
She attended the University of North Dakota School of Law and graduated in
2009.
While in law school, Amie externed with the North Dakota Federal District
Judges in Fargo, a Grand Forks County District Court Judge, and worked at a law
office. Currently, she is also licensed in Minnesota to teach Social Studies in
grades 5-12. Amie is a member of the Lincoln-Lyon County Bar Association.
Amie lives in Marshall with her husband, Trevor, and they have one young child. She
enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and crafting/sewing.
